Thank you for shopping with Lumiere Perle. We take great care in crafting each piece and want you to love your purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

• EU customers: 14 days from the date of delivery
• All other regions: 7 days from the date of delivery

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at jkjobbox@gmail.com within the applicable window with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
